Shipping Policy

At Ville Belle, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read below for details on our shipping process.

1. Order Processing

 

Once your payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 4-7 business days. This period excludes weekends and public holidays. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on the specific item and the warehouse it ships from.

You'll receive a confirmation email with all your tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

 

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

For orders shipped within the United States, we use a variety of trusted carriers. Once processed, standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery. This means the total time from when you place your order to when it arrives can range from 9 to 14 business days.

 

International Shipping

 

For international orders, we primarily use USPS for reliable service. Shipping times for international orders can vary significantly, typically taking up to 7 business days once shipped. However, due to customs processing in the destination country, the total delivery time can extend up to 30 calendar days from the date of shipment.

 

Multiple Shipments

 

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses. This can happen for both small and large orders, depending on where the items are stocked. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

 

3. Shipping Locations

 

Vive Belle offers shipping to addresses within the United States and internationally.

 

Important Note for International Customers:

 

You are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Taxes (VAT), or other fees levied by your country's government or customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fees paid to Vive Belle. You will have the option to pay these charges upfront at checkout (if available for your destination) or directly to the customs authority or carrier upon your item's arrival. If you refuse to pay these charges, the package may be returned to us or abandoned, and no refund will be issued. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details on international order responsibilities.

 

4. Shipping Fees

 

  • For orders shipped within the United States: Shipping is FREE.

  • For International orders: A flat fee of $25.00 will be added at checkout.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for specific campaigns or regions, so keep an eye out for those special offers!

 

5. Tracking Your Order

 

A tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order ships.

Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification. This is normal and depends on the carrier and the initial scan at the shipping facility.

 

6. Delays & Issues

 

All shipping times are estimates. Delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, customs delays for international orders, or carrier service disruptions.

7. Wrong Address or Delivery Problems

 

It's crucial to double-check your shipping address carefully before you submit your order.

Vive Belle is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
