All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 4-7 business days after you place your order. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
Domestic Delivery Times
Shipping times within the United States vary by destination. You'll get an estimated delivery timeframe with your tracking information once your order ships.
International Orders

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: For all international orders, you are fully responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees that your destination country's government may charge.

Payment Options for Duties/Taxes: At checkout, you might have the option to pay these charges upfront (if available) or to pay them when your item arrives in your country. Please choose your preferred option at checkout. If you choose to pay upon arrival, please be aware that customs will not release your item until these fees are paid.

Refusal of Delivery: If an international order is refused upon delivery (e.g., due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes), the package might be abandoned or returned to Vive Belle. In these cases, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs, original shipping costs, and any additional fees Vive Belle incurs. No refund will be issued for the original product cost if the item is abandoned or unrecoverable.

Delivery Times: International shipping times can vary greatly due to customs processing and local postal services. While we provide estimated delivery times with tracking, delays can happen because of customs inspections or unexpected events. Vive Belle is not responsible for such delays.

Tracking
We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Vive Belle purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible item(s) for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Process & Eligibility:

Request a Return Authorization: All return requests must be made by filling out our Contact Us form on our Website.

Return Request Window: You need to submit your request to return an item within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

Free Return Label: Once your return request is approved, Vive Belle will email you a FREE UPS prepaid return label with instructions.

Shipping the Return: Just print the label, attach it to any box/package, and send the items back. The package will go directly to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Window: You'll have 30 days from the date you receive the free return label from us to send the item back for a full refund.
Return Exclusions:
The following items cannot be returned:

Monogrammed or personalized items.

Special-order items.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable.
Geographic Limitation for Free Labels:

Free return labels are only available for items shipped within the 48 continental United States. If you're returning items from Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international locations, you'll be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Instructions for international returns will be provided upon request through our Contact Us form.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return and inspect it at our facility, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process and appear on your statement. Processing times can vary by payment provider.
6. Product Availability & Accuracy of Information
We try our best to keep our inventory accurate, but product availability isn't guaranteed. Sometimes, items might be out of stock or discontinued. We can limit or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
We make every effort to accurately display the colors, features, specifications, and details of our Products on the Website. However, we can't guarantee that these will always be perfectly accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Your electronic display might not show the actual colors and details of the Products exactly as they are.
